Rosie’s catching up on her magazines.

IMAG0575

Marc fixed the two rotted out fence posts in 90 degree heat.

IMAG0600

He dug out two holes to get the old concrete stubs of fence out of the ground. I would have quit when it was time to get the shovel.

IMAG0601

Refilling the holes with dirt before putting in the concrete.

Uncle Kit took Jimmy outside to play some soccer. He did great!

Memorial day fun started with tons of toys on the floor!

DSC02511

Rosie decided this kind of terrain calls for boots!

LOVE!

DSC02518

Cute!

DSC02544

This happens all day long when daddy’s home!

DSC02551

Wait, my turn, thinks Rosie. She ran so fast into Marc’s shoulder that she got a little hurt. She doesn’t hold back.

DSC02554

Mommy and Daddy can’t believe it’s only 9:10am. Let’s watch a movie. Isa chose Tangled and Jimmy watched the whole thing. I was very impressed.

DSC02582

Uncle Jonny’s here!

DSC02600

DSC02603

There was a pool but clearly the water table can be a pool too.

DSC02625

No hands, no hands! Actually, he’s signing all done. I wish he would just say it. So dangerous!

DSC02635

Jimmy sat on the table for a long time playing or eating these two little figurines. When he was playing he was talking up a storm.

DSC02656

Just relaxing!

DSC02659

While we were relaxing, Marc was fixing up a feast: fruit salad, guacamole, hamburgers, and corn.

DSC02662

Rosie’s awake!

DSC02673

Don’t worry, I’ll get the water!

DSC02691

Rosie went around looking for food. I’m pretty sure she ate more than Jimmy and Isa combined for dinner but she was still hungry.

DSC02704

Grandma Jo has a few pitches in her!

DSC02719

DSC02723

Marc and Jeph put the fence back together. Overall, it was a fabulous weekend and we spent lots of time together as a family.

Happy Memorial Day!
