“No, I do it” is what I hear from Rosie a million times a day. It’s pretty cute but mostly it drives me crazy. She does do some amazing things like answer questions. A simple yes or no or ok answer is all we want and she gives us great joy when she does just that. She accidently bites her own fingers which brings about lots of tears. She’s got the subject – verb sentence down. “Daddy work, Jimmy school, Isa school, Jimmy sleep…she amazes me with her new words everyday.
Rosie took a picture of herself today.
This picture we took waiting for Jimmy to get home off the bus. She kept saying, “Jimmy bus, where is the bus” in the cutest voice ever! That’s chocolate on her chin.
Rosie was so excited when the bus came that she fell and skinned her knees and I missed the photo of Jimmy getting off the bus.
But I still got a cute one of Jimmy!
All the while Isa was inside making cookies.
We went to the park later and Jimmy and Rosie climbed all of the same things and went down the same slides. They were having a great time playing together!
Where was Isa?…spying on older girls and then eventually making friends with them and singing some Carly Rae with them!
Sometimes you just want to read a book!
Or, climb a tree.
At NU’s wild cat alley.
game of bean bags?
Dance party! We hung out by the DJ and danced!
Watching the band and baton twirler!
Jimmy at school running around the track.
Great times had by all! No, I do it!
