This weekend we attended and hosted a holiday party. First was at Misericordia and the kids got presents. It was unexpected but a lot of fun for Isa and Rosie. Jimmy was like whatever!
Jimmy wanted a handshake more than the gift!
Group photo with Santa. Rosie’s gift covered her face ever time!
Jimmy just started taking piano lessons. They are 15 minutes long and pure fun. He’s learning the bear and birdie notes (low and high) and the mouse (set of three black) and cat (set of two black) keys. He’s also tried to imitate the teacher…quick, quick, long or long, quick, quick on the same key his teacher hit. All I know is that he’s smiling from ear to ear when his 15 minutes are up! He was showing off at the party.
He’s into the drums too.
Quick, quick, long, or long, quick, quick? Those are the only two songs I know.
Isa enjoyed her time as well!
This morning we hosted the Taylor group party. We all share the same literacy tutor and live close to one another. It was great to get to know everyone a little bit better! Conor and Jimmy loved hanging out!
The boys were super cute and gave each other the best hug with pats and all. We tried to make them recreate it for a photo. It doesn’t compare to the original but I will take it!
Rosie Rose likes to find my camera and then say cheese a hundred times.
She likes to pose just like Isa!
Jimmy loves his sister Rosie and is saying cheese with her.
The girls in their blankets!
There she is!
I can’t believe it’s Sunday. This week Jimmy will get his tonsils and adenoids out, fingers crossed, and this is the last week of school before Christmas break. Hurray!
